6 years registered, plenty more roaming, and I’m just now 18 deciding to learn web development as I plan to study this in college.

Never would I have even considered this love on the computer without Moparscape, I just wish I decided to learn a bit more a bit sooner.

Cheers! I’ve probably only been on the scene since 2008 or so, but I’d still have to say 8 years is just under 1/3 of my life as well. This post flooded me with an incredible sense of nostalgia that almost brought me to feels. I truly love this community, from Moparscape spawned one of the most amazing phenomenon that brought Runescape and programming together in a world that has taught so many people so much, and brought us all together to achieve goals, whether they be the next level of Runescape cheating, or the perfect private server.

Congratz on 10 years, from cheating to emulation, we’re all just fighting the man!

Wow, that was such a nostalgic trip to read. It’s been ages and still here we are. I am glad to hear that things have turned out that well for you, two children and third on the way. This is one of my most read forums ever, and with no doubt my favorite. I’ve liked the supportive community and openness towards code. You guys have been helping me to decide my path on my life, as a software developer.

I didn’t ask for a feels trip MITB. Crazy to read back and remember a lot of this stuff. 9 years or so I’ve been with this community, mostly lurking in the shadows, but yeah. :stuck_out_tongue: Idiot 12 year old me coming up with a name like “Omgilikepie”. Truth be told, I don’t really care for pie that much, but the cake is a lie, so yeah.
