What’s that supposed to mean? My employment requires me to write in mostly C/C++ and it has been my language of choice for professional work since university. It’s not like you’ve seen work to prove otherwise.
C honestly isn’t a difficult language to learn due to limited syntax and standard library size, mastering is another story but that goes for any language.
it means you need to learn to take a joke, maybe learn the tone of the topic
well played
I’ve taken the “C course” at my university, would that be sufficient? I’ve written a lot of different applications in C, if examples need to be provided.
Post examples here, I guess. I’d be interested in looking them over.
would u look at that
Davidi2 getting at someone for not taking a joke

Hmm, if this is the case I’d like to apply for the C Guru badge aswell. I have completed the C Programming course of both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, receiving almost perfect marks for both (lowest was exactly 96.5%)… I can’t say I’ve got many impressive programs laying around (usually I finish my program and delete after it’s no longer viable, and the only thing I have left are my projects from university) but seeing as you’re most likely one of the better C programmers here t4, perhaps you could give zachera and myself a project and a deadline and we could apply for it like that?
idk whether or not university courses are something to be considered though, dunno why they would, let’s be honest, university specific programming language courses are a joke…
i got java guru badge when i showed tom that i got a 87% on my java 1 final
I’ve always wondered, how does that system go in terms in difficulty? is 1 the highest or is 1 the lowest? because I always see questions on forums and discussion about “Calc 1”, “Calc 3”, etc
