We all died once and I was lagging a lot so it took longer then usual but around 20mins farming the enderpearls with looting 3, 5mins getting the blaze rods, 10mins finding the stronghold, 15mins exploring the stronghold and finding where bign_12 died to give his shit back , finally around 10-15mins fighting the dragon.
