After two years, perma bans and mutes are usually flushed from the system. I’m waiting on mine, it’s been a year. ^.^

Quick edit:
There was a news story a couple years ago that someone said they where going to kill themselves and they had to spent two nights in jail for wasting police time. I wouldn’t do it.

I’ve had one of my accounts removed for botting. It literally was removed (i think). I don’t think your account is going to be ‘flushed’ from their system. Also that TOS doesn’t do shit

Well I was wrongly accused of botting on my main on runescape. I submitted a appeal and it was denied. So now I am stuck with my main, perma banned, for nothing. I was wondering if after so much time can I re appeal it or just become un-banned.

My friend got unbanned after two years and a few months, so I’m hoping the same for me.
