i think that program is the runserver.bat
if it is
then it needs to be loaded forever
then you just open the client click on file then on change ip
then type in it
127.0.0.1
and then you are on your server

Eh Stabbingscape is a horrible source and the client is even worse…I highly recommend not using this.
