Keyword being automatically. Anyone with 50 rep gets shown in a panel in the admin-control panel, to prevent people abusing rep to see the CM section.
It wasn’t just IRC, it was on rsbot too - which is how he got admin. And he didn’t know the original antiyou, he just knew of the name and decided to use it to get admin.
