Looks like you did avi to gif or something
i rendered the individual frames in Cinema 4D at 240x240 and put them in Photoshop and did the editing/distorting from there and saved it as a gif

That must have taken ages? You can load videos into the new Photoshop and edit it in there. Then you can export as a gif.

I prefer rendering the individual frames because videos tend to have artifacts while rendering it as a bitmap makes each frame clear, and each gif only took about 20-30 minutes.
