Beginner board

When I was like 12 years old I was given a sort of beginner electronic board that had multiple elements like these connected to small springs. It also brought multiple wires of different lengths and a large book that was filled with tutorials and explanations on how to use it. I remember a specific tutorial that would result in an FM radio, It would have you connect the wires to some of the different things, to a speaker, and to an antenna which could be tuned and such.

Does anyone know what a board like this is called? or where I could buy one?

Bread board? I have no idea TBH.

I googled for breadboard but that seems to just be somewhere to put all the elements if you have them. The type I’m looking for has the elements (LEDs, resistors, etc) all attached to the actual board, and with the wires you combine them to make things happen.
