Change default installation for Moparscape 3.2

I’ve seen many people having trouble starting their own server and they can’t log in.

The default installation seems to be X:\Program Files\Moparscape

While this looks good and organized starting your own server never work because the program needs to ask for admin access, since it doesn’t, the server won’t work.

So if the default installation was X:\Moparscape or anywhere else people wouldn’t come and spam they can’t start their server.

Moparscape 3.2 isn’t being managed anymore. The community has essentially gone it’s own way when it comes to RSPS.

Davidi2 and Sinisoul are working on a new source, but it’s not a 317.
