Side looks more like him than the front. Eyes might be too slanted.

So from your picture I was definitely right. His ears need to be much bigger then what your model’s ears currently are.

Maybe I’m just thrown off by the wrinkles and his ears, but from the picture it looks kind of like his face should be a bit narrower and more elongated. But it looks really nice
