How do people draw interfaces like what program?

Interfaces for what? You can use anything. Photoshop would work fine for everything though!

You can also modify the hosts file on windows to stop the adobe activator from being able to check if it’s legit or not.
There’s also a 30 day free trial if you wanna go legit.
