[Internet] Ipad mini Cellular

I was thinking about buying an Ipad mini and recently moved houses which unfortunately does not have a phone line and i was looking at the pricing of internet for a Ipad Mini which was really Cheap and was wondering can i use the Ipad Mini’s Internet and use it through My computer/Laptop?

You probably could but you would need to check your data limits, those plans usually consist of small amounts of data - enough for web-browsing and the odd video but not enough for every-day home use.

Also make sure your carrier doesn’t charge for tethering(sharing an internet connection through Wifi/Bluetooth). There are some carriers out there that charge you for tethering your connection.
