I’ve preordered mine but unfortunately won’t be arriving until next week

Best mate pre ordered his 4 days ago unlocked, said it may not arrive till either 21st or 31st of this month.
HTC Sensation XE for me in 2 weeks when my contract runs out.
I’d rather have a Droid 3.
I’d rather kill myself.
got mine waiting for me on friday
Dont see a significant improvement on the 4 except the battery and the processor. Not worth my money.
To be fair I’ve seen some recent benchmarks and it’s actually far above all phones in many tests, even the SGS2.
My contract ran out a few months ago, so I’ve taken the upgrade to it. Should be here tomorrow. I was tempted by Windows Phone 7 (but keep my current iPhone 4), but it’s hard to walk away from that iOS ecosystem, especially when you’re so invested.
I’d agree that if you’re on a 4 (in a contract, or whatever) then don’t bother with the 4S. My contract ran out because I bought the iPhone 4 outright when it came out, so I can get the 4S at a lower cost (subsidised by the contract) and it is my opportunity to move from O2 to three.
Might be getting it
It is out for sprint, so I am happy :o
Im getting it when i can upgrade next month
I was able to upgrade a few months ago but figured I’d wait for the new iPhone 5. Thought this was going to be the 5, but since this is here I’ll be getting it
Glad it’s finally available on sprint
inb4 moparisthebest comes in and ment-

Phones keep getting faster and faster, yet there are few applications running on them that utilize it, and even then it’ll reduce your battery to an hour or two.
Conclusion: A powerful phone is a horrible idea unless you like spending money on nothing.
Uhh… have you ever had a look around the iOS app store? There are plenty of things that take full advantage of the power of the devices. Battery life is good too (good for a smartphone).

It isn’t really a few. There are tens of thousands of games, if not a hundred thousand games on the iOS app store. There is a significant portion of them that properly tax the hardware, they’re proper 3D games.
iOS benefits from having only a few hardware specifications that are upgraded once a year, developers have a set standard to work from because they’ll know what level of performance they can guarantee on those millions of devices.
battlefield bad company 2 on the iPhone is win
The scope of the game is impressive, but I think developers who create games like that for an entirely touch screen device aren’t getting it. Those on-screen pad-like controllers are a bit better on a larger screen like the iPad, but I just can’t play them on a phone.
Other developers started to make good use of the touch screen. After that period when it first kicked off of them just copying existing games, they did start to get that games just had to be designed differently, but then EA come in with their large studios and just try and copy their existing popular franchises over.
