Just for future reference: when you run a cracked launcher you need to connect to a server that has offline mode enabled. Google it, cba to explain on phone or check the wiki
Minecraft doesnt work like that bro, you can code custom plugins (which I can do), if you want a minecraft server with plugins, use bukkit or even spigot (improved bukkit).
