By ‘access’ do you mean read or just modify it? It would be just about useless if it was not public to read.

What is the purpose of a general knowledge wiki if everyone can’t read it? I agree not everyone should be able to modify it.
Actually, everyone being able to modify it would be the best way to get content on there quickly. Moderators can always lock topics that are being abused?

Think of it this way, if someone can learn from it, then they’ll probably contribute what they can.
What about merging the wiki with the forums so only senior members can modify it?
I like the idea of a Wiki. But what is it going to be for? Strictly cheating? Strictly programming? Will private server stuff be allowed? Or is it pretty much anything goes? ie: Windows tricks, Linux, PHP, graphics tutorials, etc. And should it be geared more toward tutorials or just all information?

I would hope for the wiki to be about runescape cheating in general, maybe giving some history as well as technical detail. Private servers, in my opinion, should have no place there, however; emulation of the server may be a good thing
Mopar has set up another one for private servers, so they will be kept separate.

It should just be about runescape cheating or programming directly related to runescape cheating (ie BCEL tutorials)

As to the other cheating wiki, this wiki is specifically for moparisthebest.com and tied tightly to it, awards and such can be given for contributing to the wiki.

Nice Mopar.
Now we need an absolute beginner’s guide to cheating, that can also lead into whatever direction the cheater wants to go in. Then once it’s prominently linked, you can start converting new hits on your site straight into new cheaters 
Hopefully many of them would also find the wiki a better way to find answers than spamming the forum.

i guess ill jump on the bandwagon and take apart in the moparscape wiki, i also have afew cache things i could share with moparisthebest wiki.
Its not my wiki.
I just like a unified approach to wiki’s.
