Scan lines are a bit to harsh for my liking, although it looks pretty nice overall.

Space picture with a filter over it, a few lines over it, and a horrid text. Nah, not appealing at all.

no sir, its not a space picture with a filter over it. Its a bunch of grouped brushes.

The colors are alright, I mean its a nice shade of bluish green. But as for the text you would of been better off cutting out the text. Like just a stroke from where the text should be no scan lines in it, just the empty outline text. It would give it a nice effect.

Even more so if you did it the same way as the scan lines, than it would give it the look of the lines “wrapping” around the words.
