Need Help Installing Ubuntu

Ok, I have asked this at Ubuntu’s forums but got no results,

I have Ubuntu on a flash drive, it boots and everything, my hard drive is partitioned so I can run it as a dual boot, and my computers specs are, AMD Phenom X4 II 965 Quad Core, 6 GB of RAM, Integrated Radeon HD 4200 Video Card, and an Asus MOBO.

Here is my problem, when I go to install when I boot up my flash drive, I get 2 lines of word that show up, and then about 4 lines of random codes then my computer will just sit their and do nothing after that, forcing me to restart, any help?

What are those two lines? And the random codes?

the codes go something like,

/casper/intrd...
/casper/vilinuz.....
(Bunch of random meaningless symbols)

The random code’s look like alt codes… such as, Æ╥¥╒ etc.

Is it possible that the Ubuntu image is corrupt? What program did you use to create it? Tried unetbootin?

I have found the issue, my USB would not format correctly or something, but I found a computer with a cd write drive, wrote it to a disk, and now I am the proud owner of a Linux operating system
