Requesting RSPS Logo

I am requesting a logo for my upcoming server. The logo i want the background transparent. The Words will be Perfection-X 317, I want Perfection-X to be a Black-Grayish color and the 317 to be a neon to dark Red. I have an example of what i want.

Not trying to be picky or anything but can you put the black around the perfection to be Transparent or a light light white.
