RS Wiki - Permission to add pages, categories

Allow us to add new pages to the RSWiki and add a new page to a category (like: https://rswiki.moparisthebest.com/index.php?title=Category:RS2).

I wanted to add some 718 packets, but then I saw I couldn’t.

https://rswiki.moparisthebest.com/index.php?title=718_Protocol
By type we are referring to the packet size type. ie if the packet ALWAYS has the same size then you put FIXED, some others are ‘variable’ (ie subject to change) followed by the type (used to write the packet length), byte, short etc.

I don’t know why you don’t know this, if you even hope to contribute.

How do some of the packets have a negative length?
How do some of the packets have a negative length?
It denotes variable packet length.

whoever is adding the wiki pages for packets that dont have actually have packet info and just one sentence about what it does needs to stop or at least add a tag to them, its impossible to tell which ones actually need the information
