Sonic the Headgehog hand Vector

I need a vector file of sonic the headgehog’s hand as if it were holding a computer mouse. I request vector because it can be resized without worrying about it becoming pixelized. I’d like it to be about 50x60 or so. But anything can help.
Here’s a ref of his hand:

Note: The image is huge, and it’s a sonic as a whole, that’s why I didn’t link it in img tags.
Also, if it makes a difference, it’s the right hand from our perspective in the picture.

I’m actually making something more out of it than what you suggested.

Lol I guess. I don’t know what else makes vectors.
