These inside forums in general

staff that have not contributed to runescape cheating should not have access. moderators dont have access to the moparscape vet section, why the hell do they have access to this?

in the past year and a bit, people have been gaining the title of community member by means of farming rep or for things unrelated to runescape cheating. this should require a rework of the system. a few ideas i have are:
-make access to these sections unrelated to rank in the community, ie cm without access/access without cm
-make community member status unrelated to reputation
-add negative reputation so that people can be punished for stupid things

the inside forums are explicitly for rs cheating, why should you gain access for anything else but providing for rs cheating?
i have no interest releasing anything here while idiots have access

ps why are algas and waffendennis still admin

The first point, I agree I guess, I will remove access to the CC forum for Global Moderators. So if there are any that should have access to this section, you should probably create a poll for them.

Doesn’t the existence of the CC boards kind of cover the next three points, vote people you want in here, and release stuff to only them, right?

Algas and Waffen still come around, why should they be de-admined?

What about allowing all CM’s the ‘inside talk’ section, since that is just a general thing, but restricting the ‘Community Inside RuneScape2 Client Hacking Board’ section to a vote-in type of deal?

To be quite honest, I don’t use these boards anyways, and I don’t think any other gmods even use it. That being said, I wouldn’t mind my access from it being provoked. However, I will say that I was under the impression that staff members were considered community contributors, as they had contributed their time to moderating the site. Either way, it truly doesn’t matter to me.

Well tico it’s called “community contributors” which is a bit misleading, the point of it really is “runescape cheating contributors”
