No, he’d claim that Jagex is lying about them.
I put a chart that google uses to track trends (ie, google finance) in tab 2. It’s not a huge sample of data, but the general trend has been slightly downward for both forum viewers and player counts. Unfortunately the chart needs bounds on the data it uses so it won’t continue to use the latest data unless I go in and set new bounds, but you get the idea.
