Hey guys, I made some new userbars, tell me what you think.
UserBars
If every userbar has the same prefix, you should remove the prefix.
Also that font doesn’t look very good. Needs to be bigger or something.
The person I made them for requested the same, I just deleted the name to show off
Looks ok, around 6/10, change the colour for each one of them, if they all are the same it is kind of lame, but still they look good, I`d use them anyway. Add some effects inside the bar, some flares or something, not too overcomplicated though.
dont like it
wouldnt use
The string ‘server’ is also not placed in the same spot in each image. Decent though.
Great job, ignore what people are saying, they look great.
Thanks bro
Why should he ignore legitimate and constructive feedback?
The images are very large and would be out of place on most forum styles.

I’m not ignoring nor not accepting people’s constructive feedback. I acknowledge their feedback and use it to get better. I enjoy feedback and appreciate it. I respond to his comment because it was a compliment. Just because I don’t respond to some peoples constructive criticism does not mean I am ignoring it. Try not to jump to conclusions -.-
you should get better at gfx, you are obviously no good
Well that’s not helpful at all.
you should get better at gfx, you are obviously no good
that’s blatant flame and nowhere near constructive or even criticism. i suggest you stay out of this section if you cannot provide feedback.
@b00mz - as stated above, the images are rather huge to be ‘userbars.’ the style is nice, but the text isn’t. it doesn’t blend at all due to color, or font choice.
something like this isnt too bad,
provide it isn’t too large on your forum theme
you should work on font blending though.
Like Vain said, this is quite big and would be for a lot of forums. Also, them all being the same would confuse people at first glance because of not reading it first (we humans don’t do this).

That does look rather nicer and better size for forums. I will keep working and get better. Thanks Vain!
Thanks for constructive criticism. I will work on text blending and also change the color of the font for each rank. Thanks Soulcist!
you could also shorten the width of the image, and only make it contain the rank title. this would be even more forum friendly
I was thinking I could just center the rank title and space out the letters a bit to fill it more. But I’ll try your way out too

This is what Vain_ is talking about, except remove the ‘server’ part (and maybe downsize the image more).
On top of what Travas said, see the glowing parts next to the text? Make it a different color for each rank by using a soft brush and the Hue blending option but don’t forget to clip the mask.
