Website Splash Lay-out

My Website Splash Lay-out, appears before the full-website.

I took away the border from the Bandos picture

I took away the border of the grass image at the bottom (still contains some mistakes)

I made the “Play-now” logo just like the original, so with the hover effect.

I made a logo

I’d assume clicking play now would take you straight to webclient or something?

Looks good though

Yes “Play Now” will continue you to the webclient.

and I’ll add a link so you can go to the full website.

Thank You!

Cool. Good job.

BUT… There’s a lot of white space. That is the bit that puts me off.

It isn’t white, it’s a little bit darker, but maybe I’ll add some cloud/smoke parts in there, so it gives it a more landscape feeling.

or some flying Imps.

Yeah needs some clouds and mountains n shit.

Looks nice good Job

remove that red guy…

Thanks

I removed it, thank you
remove that red guy…
^ that
major improvement on the below image

thanks,

if u scrolldown you’ll see the menu with hover effects.

“Register” is hoovered

Seems like your design is really original…

the div borders are from Runescape

background isn’t a runescape background,

menu buttons aren’t from runescape.

Is this actually coded or something you’ve made in photoshop?

coded in notepad (Html, Css)

and made some pictures/backgrounds in photoshop

The entire 6 button layout is the same as RuneScape’s website, just lowered a little bit.

it seems that i realy like this design , good job

@snip3r

Yes the borders are, although it was hard to code the border and corner images at the right place, made use of div id and class.

But the buttons I made by my self, every button has another easy background texture. Runescape has buttons with images and another hover effect.
