What happens to deleted posts?

I’m particularly interested if there’s anything remaining of the old SCAR sections or of what was removed from the MoparScape boards during the Great Purges.

There is/was a deleted post subforum. Although I don’t have access any more I enquired about it myself a few weeks ago and was told it still exists.

I don’t know if you’re referring to the Archived Hidden Boards. You can enable them by joining a membergroup, I don’t remember.

Any boards that are ‘deleted’ are simply moved to that archived hidden boards category, which is set to read-only.

Any posts or topics that are deleted are automatically moved to a ‘trash’ board, where only admins can delete from permanently.

Can I have access to the deleted threads? I actually believe there was a lot of value in there, even if most of it was garbage.

Anyone can have access by following rix’s instructions.

I did that to see hidden boards, but I would also like to see the thrash board - the old MSCP topics were deleted rather than having their boards hidden and new ones made.
