Where do I turn off these Summary emails??

I keep getting these emails with the subject “moparisthebest.com: Summary”. I tried clicking unsubscribe, and it says I’ve been unsubscribed, but I still get them…

Nevermind - I have a separate account that I need to log into that I’m getting these emails from.
