Zte blade can't connect to camera

I finally got my ZTE Blade. After a while of playing with it I decided to put Cyanogenmod on it, as it seemed to be the best ROM for the blade. I got version 7.1.0. All went well, and although booting feels a bit slower than with the original ROM, I’m pretty satisfied with it. But now I tried to take a picture, and I get an error. It can’t connect to the camera. I didn’t buy the phone for it’s camera, as it’s not the best out there, but I still want it working. Anyone here familiar with the problem? Is it as simple as putting a different version of Cyanogenmod on it or not?

Probably the rom that you put on doesnt have camera support yet.

cyanogenmod support varies across mobiles, sometimes the radio doesn’t work other times the camera/video doesn’t

So I’m better off using Moldovan? It’s supposedly less stable, but it’s pretty annoying to have a phone with a camera that doesn’t work.

Try a newer or older version of Cyanogenmod, or maybe a nightly.
